Description
Corned beef sliders are small sandwiches made with tender corned beef, melted cheese, and flavorful toppings.
Ingredients

- 1 lb corned beef
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut
- 1/4 cup thousand island dressing
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half.
- Layer corned beef on the bottom half of each bun.
- Add a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the corned beef.
- Add sauerkraut and drizzle thousand island dressing on top.
- Spread mustard on the cut side of the top half of the buns.
- Place the top half of the buns on the sliders.
- Wrap sliders in aluminum foil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add pickles or onions for extra flavor.
- Adjust the amount of dressing to your taste.
