Description

Corned beef sliders are mini sandwiches made with tender corned beef, creamy Swiss cheese, and zesty mustard on soft slider buns.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb corned beef, sliced
  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup pickles, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread mustard and mayonnaise on the bottom halves of the buns.
  4. Add a layer of corned beef on each bun.
  5. Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the corned beef.
  6. Add pickles on top of the cheese.
  7. Cover with the top halves of the buns.
  8. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts and the buns are warm.

Notes

  • Feel free to add sauerkraut for extra flavor.
  • You can use rye buns instead of slider buns.
