Description
Corned beef sliders are mini sandwiches made with tender corned beef, creamy Swiss cheese, and zesty mustard on soft slider buns.
Ingredients

- 1 lb corned beef, sliced
- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup pickles, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
- Spread mustard and mayonnaise on the bottom halves of the buns.
- Add a layer of corned beef on each bun.
- Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the corned beef.
- Add pickles on top of the cheese.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts and the buns are warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add sauerkraut for extra flavor.
- You can use rye buns instead of slider buns.
- These sliders are great for parties or gatherings.
