Ingredients

- 3 lbs corned beef brisket
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 carrots, chopped
- 3 potatoes, quartered
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Place the corned beef in the dutch oven.
- Add broth, onion, carrots, potatoes, bay leaves, peppercorns, and mustard seeds.
- Cover the pot and bring to a simmer on the stove.
- Transfer the dutch oven to the preheated oven.
- Cook for 3 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Remove the beef and let it rest before slicing.
- Serve with vegetables and broth.

- For extra flavor, add garlic cloves.
