Ingredients

- 3 pounds corned beef brisket
- 4 cups water
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 4 potatoes, quartered
- 2 tablespoons pickling spice
Instructions
- Place the corned beef in the crockpot.
- Add water and pickling spice.
- Add onion, carrots, and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Remove beef and let rest before slicing.
- Serve with vegetables.
