- 4 cups cabbage, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Rinse the corned beef under cold water.
- Place the corned beef in a roasting pan.
- Add the beef broth and mustard on top of the meat.
- Arrange the cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and onion around the beef.
- Sprinkle black pepper over the vegetables.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 3 hours, or until the beef is tender.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
