  • 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy corn muffin mix, whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. Mix until well combined. If desired, stir in shredded cheddar cheese.
