  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Add in the cornmeal, shredded cheddar cheese, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
