- 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) cream-style corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy corn muffin mix, whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, melted butter, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours, until the casserole is set and the top is golden brown.
