  • 1 can (15 oz) cream-style corn
  • 1 box (8.5 oz) cornbread mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweet corn, cream-style corn, cornbread mix, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the shredded cheese and chopped green onions, if using. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is set.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your corn casserole!
