- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy corn muffin mix, drained corn, creamed corn, sour cream, melted butter, and salt. If you like it sweeter, you can also add sugar.
- Mix until well combined. If using, fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
