Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups of coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 ears of corn
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until well mixed.
- Boil corn in water for 5 minutes.
- Drain and spread butter over corn.
- Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Can add diced bell peppers for extra flavor.
- Serve corn on the cob with lime and chili powder for a twist.
