Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg until well combined.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  7. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough balls onto a piece of parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Carefully place the parchment paper with the cookie dough into the air fryer basket.
  9. Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers are set.
  10. Remove from the air fryer and let cool on the parchment paper for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
