Deliciously chewy and perfectly baked cookies made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Beat in the egg until well combined.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop dough balls onto a piece of parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Carefully place the parchment paper with the cookie dough into the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers are set.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool on the parchment paper for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For best results, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust the cooking time based on your air fryer’s specific model.
- Store any leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature.
