  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  4. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
