- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
- Once they are crispy and tender, remove them from the air fryer and drizzle with balsamic vinegar if desired. Serve immediately.
