- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup egg noodles
- 1 cup shredded chicken
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
- Add carrots, celery, and onion. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in egg noodles and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add shredded chicken, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve warm.
