- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9×9-inch pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly.
- In a bowl, mix condensed milk, coconut, vanilla, and salt. Spread over crust.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- For extra flavor, toast the coconut before mixing.
