  • 2 cups Fresh rhubarb
  • 3/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, and flour. Toss to coat the fruit evenly.
  3. Transfer the fruit mixture to a greased 9-inch square baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix together the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Pour the melted butter over the oat mixture and stir until combined.
  6. Spread the oat mixture evenly over the fruit in the baking dish.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbling.
