Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  3. In another bowl, beat eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, pumpkin puree, and water.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just blended.
  5. Pour batter into the loaf pan and bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
