- 1 batch Pizza Dough
- 8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a pizza peel or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Arrange the sliced tomatoes evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Place the sliced mozzarella cheese on top of the tomatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and season with salt and black pepper.
- Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or place the baking sheet in the oven.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with torn basil leaves.
- Let cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- For a more authentic flavor, use San Marzano tomatoes.
- Feel free to add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
