Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough onto a pizza peel or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Arrange the sliced tomatoes evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Place the sliced mozzarella cheese on top of the tomatoes.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Carefully slide the pizza onto the preheated pizza stone or place the baking sheet in the oven.
  8. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
