- 1 large head romaine lettuce, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup homemade croutons
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the torn romaine lettuce to the bowl and toss to coat with the dressing.
- Add the croutons and grated Parmesan cheese, and toss gently to combine.
- Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding anchovies to the dressing or as a garnish.
