Instructions

- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
- Mix in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
