Delicious homemade cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, warm the milk and dissolve the yeast.
- Add sugar, butter, and eggs to the yeast mixture.
- Mix in flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla for frosting.
- Spread frosting on warm rolls.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Warm rolls in the microwave for a few seconds before serving.
