Delicious homemade cinnamon rolls.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast.
- Add sugar, butter, and eggs. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour and salt. Knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the dough into a log and cut into pieces.
- Place in a baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
Notes
- Ensure the milk is warm, not hot.
- You can add icing on top if desired.
