Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk and mix with yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter, egg, and yeast mixture to the dry ingredients.
  4. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough and spread with butter, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  7. Roll the dough into a log and slice into rolls.
  8. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  10. Let cool before serving.
