Description

Delicious homemade Cinnabon cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk and dissolve sugar and yeast in it.
  2. Add butter, eggs, and flour to the mixture.
  3. Knead the dough until smooth and let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough and spread butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon on top.
  5. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  6. Place rolls in a greased pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar for frosting.
  9. Frost the rolls while warm.
