- 3 ripe avocados Guacamole
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Chopped cilantro
- 1 bag Tortilla chips
- 2 cups Shredded cheese
- 1 can Black beans
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 1/4 cup Chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed avocados, lime juice, and salt. Stir in diced tomatoes and chopped cilantro until well blended. Set aside for serving.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet and top with shredded cheese, black beans, and chopped green onions.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve the warm nachos with guacamole and sour cream on the side.
Notes
- Feel free to add jalapeños for an extra kick.
- You can also add cooked chicken or beef to the nachos for a heartier appetizer.
- These appetizers can be made ahead of time; just assemble and bake when ready to serve.
