  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 4 potatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  3. Brown the chuck roast on all sides.
  4. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add carrots and potatoes to the pot.
  6. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Season with thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
