Ingredients

- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- Arrange the greens in a circular shape on a large serving platter.
- Place cherry tomatoes around the wreath.
- Add cucumber slices next to the tomatoes.
- Layer red and yellow bell peppers evenly.
- Sprinkle red onion, feta cheese, walnuts, and pomegranate seeds on top.
- Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
