Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the mixed greens.
  2. Arrange the greens in a circular shape on a large serving platter.
  3. Place cherry tomatoes around the wreath.
  4. Add cucumber slices next to the tomatoes.
  5. Layer red and yellow bell peppers evenly.
  6. Sprinkle red onion, feta cheese, walnuts, and pomegranate seeds on top.
  7. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the salad.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve immediately.
