- 2 cups of green beans
- 1 cup of sliced carrots
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce
- 3 cups of mashed potatoes
- 1 cup of stuffing mix
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and trim the green beans.
- Boil the green beans and carrots for 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, mix the mashed potatoes and stuffing.
- Add the boiled vegetables to the dish.
- Drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with cranberry sauce on the side.
Notes
- You can add cheese to the mashed potatoes for extra flavor.
