  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. In a pot, boil potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
  5. Drain potatoes and mash with butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  7. Serve cranberry sauce alongside the Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes.
