Ingredients

  • Green beans – 1 pound

  • Almonds – 1/2 cup, sliced
  • Cranberries – 1/2 cup, dried
  • Brussels sprouts – 1 pound, halved
  • Balsamic vinegar – 2 tablespoons
  • Butter – 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. In a pan, heat butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  5. Add green beans and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in almonds and cranberries, cooking for another 3 minutes.
  7. Drizzle balsamic vinegar over Brussels sprouts before serving.
  8. Serve green beans and Brussels sprouts together as sides.
