- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Add garlic and roast for another 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute Parmesan with Pecorino Romano.
- For extra crispiness, increase roasting time by 5 minutes.
