Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced bell peppers

  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Add cheese, bell peppers, onions, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
