Ingredients

- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden.
Notes
- Serve with maple syrup and fresh berries.
- Double the recipe for a larger group.
- Keep pancakes warm in a low oven before serving.
