A festive Christmas dinner featuring a glazed ham and delicious sides.
Ingredients

- 1 whole ham (10–12 lbs)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 4 cups green beans, trimmed
- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
- Brush the glaze over the ham.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Bake for 2 to 2.5 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- In another pan, toss green beans and potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Roast the vegetables for 30-35 minutes until tender.
- Serve ham with sides and cranberry sauce.
Notes
- Let the ham rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
- Adjust glaze ingredients to taste.
- Use leftover ham for sandwiches or soups.
