Description

Ingredients

  • 1 whole ham (1012 lbs)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 4 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  3. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Brush the glaze over the ham.
  5. Place the ham in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 2 to 2.5 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  7. In another pan, toss green beans and potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  8. Roast the vegetables for 30-35 minutes until tender.
  9. Serve ham with sides and cranberry sauce.
