Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.
- Gradually blend in the dry ingredients until just mixed.

- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
