- 100g milk chocolate
- 50g butter
- 100g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g chopped nuts
- 50g dried cranberries
Instructions
- Melt the dark and milk chocolate in a double boiler.
- Stir in the butter until fully combined.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
- Fold in chopped nuts and dried cranberries.
- Pour the mixture into a lined tray and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve.
