Ingredients
Scale
- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g milk chocolate
- 50g white chocolate
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 cup dried fruits
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Melt dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
- Add milk chocolate and stir until melted.
- Mix in vanilla extract and combine with nuts and dried fruits.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
- Sprinkle with decorations.
- Chill in the fridge until set.
- Once set, cut into pieces and serve.
Notes
- Use any preferred nuts and dried fruits.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be made a week in advance.
