A festive cheese dish perfect for Christmas gatherings.
Ingredients

- 200g cheddar cheese, grated
- 200g gouda cheese, cubed
- 100g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberries, dried
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp rosemary, fresh
- 1 tsp thyme, fresh
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix cheddar, gouda, and cream cheese in a bowl.
- Add cranberries, walnuts, rosemary, thyme, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish and drizzle honey on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.
Notes
- Adjust honey to taste for sweetness.
- Substitute walnuts with pecans if preferred.
- Best served fresh but can be reheated.
