- 2 cups chopped vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, onions)
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground turkey over medium heat.
- Add chopped vegetables and cook until softened.
- Stir in cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

- You can substitute ground turkey with chicken or beef.
