Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Food coloring (optional)
Instructions
- Combine sugar, corn syrup, and water in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat until the mixture reaches 300°F.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and food coloring.
- Pour into a greased baking pan.
- Let cool and break into pieces.

- Store in an airtight container.
- You can add nuts or dried fruits for variation.
