- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1 cup mashed bananas
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- In another bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in nuts and dried cranberries if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

- You can substitute dried cranberries with raisins or other dried fruits.
