Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Sift in the flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg, then mix until combined.
- Fold in the cranberries and walnuts.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
