Instructions

- Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Spread cream cheese evenly over the pastry.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese, cranberries, and rosemary on top.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
