Ingredients

- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked shrimp
- 1 package phyllo pastry
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, green onions, bell peppers, and shrimp.
- Roll out phyllo pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture on each square.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal edges.
- Brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
