Instructions
- Place frozen meatballs in the crockpot.
- Add grape jelly and chili sauce, stirring to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
- In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- Serve meatballs warm with the cheese mixture on the side.
