- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs

- Red and green food coloring
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1 tbsp water (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix well.
- Divide the batter into two parts. Add red food coloring to one and green to the other.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan, alternating colors.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool, then mix powdered sugar and water for the glaze. Drizzle over the cake.
Notes
- Use gel food coloring for vibrant colors.
- Let the cake cool completely before adding glaze.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
