- 200g digestive biscuits
- 100g unsalted butter, melted
- 500g cream cheese
- 150g caster sugar
- 200g dark chocolate, melted
- Zest and juice of 1 large orange
- 250ml double cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the base of a springform tin and chill.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Fold in melted chocolate, orange zest, and juice.
- Whip the double cream to soft peaks and gently fold into the mixture.
- Pour over the biscuit base and smooth the top. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve with extra orange zest for garnish.
