- 1 cup dark chocolate (chopped)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (plus more for greasing)
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four ramekins with butter and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chopped dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, egg yolks, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and whisk until smooth.
- Sift in the flour and gently fold until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still soft.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 1 minute. Carefully invert each ramekin onto a plate.
- Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side.
Notes
- You can prepare the batter in advance and refrigerate it. Just bake it when you are ready to serve.
- For an extra touch, sprinkle some powdered sugar on top before serving.
