A simple and delicious chocolate fondue recipe inspired by the Melting Pot.
Ingredients

- 8 oz chocolate (semisweet or dark)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh fruits (strawberries, bananas, apples)
- Marshmallows
- Biscotti or pound cake
Instructions
- Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it simmers.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate.
- Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt; stir well.
- Transfer the chocolate to a fondue pot.
- Serve with fruits, marshmallows, and cake for dipping.
