Description
Fresh strawberries dipped in melted chocolate and topped with crushed pistachios for a sweet and crunchy treat.
Ingredients

- 12 large strawberries, washed and dried
- 200g dark or milk chocolate, chopped
- 30g pistachios, shelled and finely crushed
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in short bursts in the microwave.
- Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate, covering about two-thirds of the berry.
- Gently shake off excess chocolate and roll the dipped part in crushed pistachios.
- Place the strawberry on the parchment paper to set.
- Repeat with the remaining strawberries.
- Let the chocolate harden at room temperature or chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Notes
- Use room-temperature strawberries to prevent chocolate from cracking.
- If chocolate thickens, reheat briefly.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
